Shipping policy

Mittai is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

In case of damage to shipments because of solely Mittai's mistake, a refund will be given in 30 days.

Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs through the mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.

Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.
