Role Overview: Tele Sales & Business Development

The Tele Sales and Business Development roles at Mittai Shop are crucial for driving customer engagement, expanding brand visibility, and boosting sales performance.
You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers, manage inquiries, generate leads, and create growth opportunities for the brand through proactive communication and relationship-building.

Work Mode & Schedule

  • Location: Remote (Work from Home — Full-Time)

  • Requirements: Personal laptop and a reliable internet connection

  • Hours: Flexible and collaborative with team schedules

  • Experience: 0 to 2+ years (Immediate joiners preferred)


Key Responsibilities

Tele Sales & Lead Generation (60%)

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and business partners

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

  • Present product features, offers, and pricing details

  • Generate and manage leads from influencer and YouTuber collaborations

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

Client Relationship Management (15%)

  • Maintain active communication with customers

  • Understand client needs and follow up for conversions and feedback

  • Address concerns and provide timely resolutions

Business Development Strategy (20%)

  • Identify new prospects, business tie-ups, and partnership opportunities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute growth-oriented campaigns

  • Track market trends and competitor insights

Administrative Support (5%)

  • Assist with CRM updates, sales reports, and data entry

  • Support marketing and logistics coordination where needed


Candidate Profile

Preferred Background:

  • Interest or experience in Inside Sales, Tele Calling, B2B/B2C E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or D2C brands

  • Fluent in Telugu and English (Hindi or Kannada is a plus)

  • Education: BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or any discipline with strong communication and sales aptitude
